I cannot express my gratitude to Louis Mechanical for installing a new hot water heater in my attic the day BEFORE the 2025 blizzard! Jennifer was correct, the cozy warm bath in my big tub was WONDERFUL. I didn't think it was a big deal dealing with only warm water for a few more days BUT, I WAS WRONG. The hot water heater is wonderful, THE TEAM sent to install was also WONDERFUL. Fifty years of A++++ service, I so appreciate and trust Louis Mechanical. Please let the team know.

I moved to Baton Rouge in 1974 and Louis Mechanical has been bailing me out of plumbing problems since 1974 (WOW I have grown old using this awesome company). I am so impressed with their service and recommend them whenever anyone has a need for reliable plumbing services. I am fixing to call them to service my 91 yr. old mothers home knowing they will be prompt, courteous, friendly and clean up after they are done. Even the small jobs like ours get top notch service. Each and every employee that came to our home showed respect for our property, kept us informed of the progress, completed the repairs to our total satisfaction and left the work area in pristine condition. I was so impressed with Louis Mechanical! After a pipe burst in the freeze, they were able to quickly assess and repair the damage. I received three quotes on the phone from different companies, and I will say Louis Mechanical was the only HONEST one who did not take advantage of the unique freeze situation. Their "call out" fee was HUNDREDS less than the others I called. The communication between their office staff and myself was also FANTASTIC. It felt like you were dealing with family or friends. I will never use another plumber again.
